904L Plate Flanges
Ferrobend offers high quality CNC machined 904l plate flanges, used for low pressure piping connection. We offer 904l plate flanges for 1/2 to 80" nominal pipe sizes. These flanges are directly machined from 904l plates with further drilling of bolt holes and centre bore. We can manufacture flat lap joint, blind, slip on, socket weld and threaded flanges from plate material. These flanges are quickly produced as compared to forged flanges. Blinds are most commonly produced plate flange. We offer raised face and flat face with desired serration roughness for leak proof joint.
ASTM A240 / ASME SA240 is commonly referred material specification for manufacturing 904l plate flanges. We supply these 904l stainless steel plate flanges with plastic caps for protection from dust and physical damages.
