Weld Neck Flange
Weld Neck Flanges are high tapered hub flanges, which provide reinforcement for use in pipeline applications involving high-pressure flow, at sub-zero or elevated temperatures. The hub transfers stress from the flange to the pipe instead while reducing the stress concentration from the base of the hub.
Ferrobend manufactures Weld Neck Flanges from ½ up to 60 Inch nominal sizes with raised face, flat face, ring type joint, male-female and tongue-groove face connections. These weld neck flanges are produced by means of hot forging or ring rolling and precise machining to required dimensions.
